Every post was crafted to feel recognizably “Bakehaven,” whether it showcased a product, announced an offer, or featured community-driven content. The result was a feed that felt aspirational yet accessible, enticing new customers while retaining the brand’s loyal baking community.
To strengthen engagement, we introduced formats that perform especially well in the baking niche—recipe-style reels, step-by-step product usage guides, festive creations, product highlights, and UGC spotlights. These formats helped humanize the brand and created more intent-based interaction, encouraging bakers to trust Bakehaven as their go-to supply partner. Our strategy extended into building product-driven awareness around top-sellers like fondant, sprinkles, tools, and baking essentials, ensuring every piece of content had a purpose and a clear CTA.
