Their digital communication lacked uniformity, leading to scattered brand perception across platforms. Website traffic was healthy, but conversions weren’t reflecting the brand’s true potential. Product education was limited, causing customers to rely heavily on assumptions instead of understanding how Bakehaven’s quality stood apart from competitors. The brand needed a clearer story, stronger visuals, and strategic content to translate interest into sales.

Our efforts focused on restructuring their communication—from social media and product showcases to landing page storytelling—to highlight Bakehaven’s strengths in quality, consistency, and reliability. Content was designed to educate customers while positioning Bakehaven as the go-to brand for both everyday and professional baking needs. Special attention was given to their best-selling product, fondant, through carousel creatives, feature highlights, and usage-based content that encouraged purchase decisions.
